Corporate Social Responsibility

 The Future Force Workshop is a vital part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, designed to equip young adults and teenagers with the skills needed to successfully enter the workforce. Each quarter, we partner with a nonprofit organization to provide these services, focusing on resume building, interview preparation, and workplace communication. If your organization supports youth and young adults, we’d love to collaborate and make a positive impact together. 

Participants will learn how to create a resume that catches the eye of potential employers. From formatting to highlighting key skills and achievements, this hands-on workshop will guide attendees through the essentials of crafting a professional resume that stands out in today’s competitive job market.

Participants are equipped with the tools and techniques to excel in job interviews. Attendees will learn the dos and don’ts of interviewing, how to answer common questions confidently, and tips for making a lasting impression. Mock interviews will provide real-time feedback to help build interview skills.

 Participants will explore essential communication skills and professional etiquette for the workplace. From effective verbal and non-verbal communication to navigating workplace norms, this workshop will prepare attendees to present themselves professionally, build positive relationships with colleagues, and succeed in any work environment. 

  Let’s Get Social is the final session of the Future Force: Ready, Set, Succeed workshop. Participants will engage in giant game play designed to encourage socialization, networking, and teamwork in a fun and interactive setting. This session emphasizes the importance of building connections in the workplace. At the end of the session, participants will receive a certificate of completion, celebrating their successful journey through the workshop series.
